Cursed Crypt began as a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2018 and evolved into an innovative venture within the tabletop gaming industry. As the Founder and CEO, I oversaw the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, including the development of our flagship magnetic game board with a nano-ceramic coating. I managed comprehensive branding and marketing strategies, set up an efficient in-house manufacturing workflow, and built an e-commerce platform. Extensive market research informed our product lineup, which includes diverse gaming accessories.
