Semantic CMS is a content system for Zach's own publications and the people and agents who work on them. Any page has to show what it is displaying, how fresh it is, and what authority it rests on.
Records are append-only, and the store enforces that through database grants rather than convention. Every write crosses a registered contract, and publishing is two gates, qualification and then promotion, never a boolean. Status is split into separate axes (semantic, evidence, publication, delivery) instead of one field. It was tested against the real 215-entry archive behind this site; the 61 entries that were already published came in unpublished, because publication is not inherited by copying.
Status Tested along a narrow path; nothing is deployed and no one has yet done a day's work in it.
